Terms and Conditions for Uncovering Hidden Profit by MACO LLC

1. Agreement Overview

• By purchasing the "Uncovering Hidden Profit" service, provided by MACO LLC (“Provider”), you (“Client”) agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Service Description

• Provider will conduct a comprehensive profit analysis for Client’s asset(s) and provide actionable insights for maximizing profitability.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

• Fee: The total fee is $2,500 for an initial consultation. If Client proceeds with full services, the consultation fee will be applied toward the final cost.
• No Refunds: All fees are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, Client agrees to this no-refund policy.
• No Chargebacks: Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks. Any disputes regarding charges must be resolved with Provider directly. Chargebacks may result in legal action and responsibility for all related fees.

4. Client Obligations

• Client agrees to provide all necessary information and cooperation to enable Provider to fulfill the service.

5. Disclaimer of Guarantees

• While Provider will offer actionable recommendations, no specific results or profit increases are guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Provider's liability is limited to the total fee paid by Client. Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any shared proprietary information, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
