Terms and Conditions for Optimizing Contracts by MACO LLC

  2. No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of this service, all sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are permitted after purchase.

  3. Scope of Service: This service is consultative and does not include contract renegotiations or implementation on behalf of the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written agreement.

  4. Client Responsibility: Clients are expected to provide all necessary contract documentation and related information for a complete review. Failure to provide these materials may impact the quality of deliverables.

  5. Consultation Scheduling: Clients must schedule their consultation within 30 days of purchase, using the resources provided. Failure to book within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without refund.

  6. Intellectual Property: All strategies, recommendations, and insights provided by MACO LLC remain the intellectual property of MACO LLC and are for the client’s internal use only. Redistribution or resale of these materials is prohibited.

  7. Limitation of Liability: MACO LLC is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the application of the strategies provided. The client acknowledges that all business decisions are made at their own discretion.

  8. Application of Payment: If the client chooses to proceed with a custom package or ongoing services with MACO LLC following the completion of the "Optimizing Contracts" consultation, the $3,500 paid for this service may be credited towards the total investment in the selected custom package, subject to terms agreed upon in a separate proposal.
